Dr. Nathan Hoven, Class of 1994 - Hoven was selected by the Francis Howell School District Board of Education to serve as the district's new chief academic officer, effective July 1.

In his new role, Hoven will guide the district's instructional improvement and student achievement, as well as oversee professional development, special programs and student support services.

Hoven joins Francis Howell from the Wentzville School District, where he has served as the assistant superintendent of human resources for the past three years. Prior to that position, he was the principal of Timberland High School in Wentzville and Rolla High School in Rolla. He also served as an assistant principal, math teacher and coach in the Pattonville.

Hoven holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from the University of Missouri-Rolla, a master’s degree in secondary administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a doctorate in education from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
