"This award would not have been possible without the staff and students focus with academics and leadership," principal Steve Vargo said. "Rose Acres Elementary has traditionally been a strong learning community for many years and this award is a result of that. We share this award with our parents who always support the learning process."
Missouri Commissioner of Education Margie Vandeven shared her congratulations.
“I am honored to recognize these outstanding schools for their commitment to providing a high-quality education to their students each and every day,” Vandeven said. “To be acknowledged as Missouri’s representatives in this nationwide program is a testament to their efforts in preparing students of all ages for success.”
